This museum welcomes you to Luzech.

Come and explore the world of mills, an intriguing but little known aspect of our heritage, which has played a key role in the social and technological history of mankind, in France and the whole world.

Using these models and consulting the wealth of research and display material available, visitors, young and old, can discover how mills worked by natural energy : wind, water, man-and animal power.

You will be fascinated, and sometimes astonished by these extraordinary devices which work away without a break in this amazing museum.

OPENING TIME

The museum is open throughout the year by prior appointment. In July and August entry is free Monday to Friday, 10h00-12h00 and 14h00-18h00, and at other times by prior arrangement.

The museum is accessible for those with restricted mobility.

You can reach the museum by road from Cahors (itinéraire google) or by train (site SNCF)

ENTRY CHARGES

8 euros for those aged 16 and over

5 euros from 5 to 16.

Free for children aged under 5.

6 euros for those in groups of more than 10 persons.

¡El museo La planète des moulins te abre sus puertas en Luzech!

Acude y descubre el universo de los molinos, patrimonio excepcional pero a su vez muy poco conocido, que ha supuesto un hito en la historia social y técnica de nuestras sociedades en Francia y en el mundo.

Molinos del mundo entero están representados mediante maquetas animadas y manejables. Gracias a éstas y a una documentación rica, tanto pequeños como mayores podrán resolver los misterios del funcionamiento de los molinos movidos por las energías naturales: eólica, hidráulica, humana ¡o animal! Te fascinarán y asombrarán esas máquinas extrañas que, sin hastiarse, ¡siguen su rumbo permanente en este museo sorprendente!

HORARIOS
El museo está abierto todo el año, bajo reserva.

En julio y en agosto, abre desde lunes a viernes de 10:00 a 12:00 y de 14:00 a 18:00 y el resto del tiempo bajo reserva.

El museo es accesible para las personas con movilidad reducida.

Puedes llegar al museo por carretera desde Cahors (itinerario google) o en tren

8 euros a partir de 16 años
5 euros desde los 5 hasta los 16 años
La entrada es gratuita hasta los 5 años

6 euros parar los grupos a partir de 10 personas.

Das Museum « La Planète des Moulins » begrüsst Sie in Luzech !

Entdecken Sie die Welt der Mühlen, ein außergewöhnliches Erbe der Menschheit , das die soziale und technische Geschichte unserer Gesellschaft in Frankreich und der Welt geprägt hat und doch so wenig bekannt. Mühlen aus der ganzen Welt werden hier gezeigt mit Energie betriebene oder von Hand gesteuerte Modelle. Dank einer reichhaltigen Dokumentation können Große und Kleine in die Geheimnisse der Funktionen der Mühlen eintauchen, die mit natürlicher Energie bewegt werden, seien es Wind, Wasserkraft, Tiere oder gar der Mensch !

Sie werden fasziniert und manchmal überrascht sein von den wundersamen Maschinen, die sich in diesem erstaunlichen Museum unermüdlich drehen!

ÖFFNUNGSZEITEN

Das Museum ist ganzjährig auf Vereinbarung geöffnet.

Juli und August ist es von Montag bis Freitag von 10:00 Uhr - 12:00 und von 14 :00 Uhr – 18 :00 Uhr sowie auf Vereinbarung geöffnet.

Eine deutschsprachige Führung kann telefonisch unter 0033 (0) 6 40 66 64 92 vereinbart werden.

Das Museum ist Barriere frei.

Das Museum ist von Cahors mit dem Auto oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.
